Greetings to you!
Greetings, My English name is Gavin, I am a practitioner of Esoteric Theravāda Buddhism, which incorporates Theravāda Buddhism, Tai Animism, and Hinduism. The unique traits of my tradition details Nāga veneration, unique text that are not related to Tantra, Esoteric practices through Mantra, Yantra talismans, Amulets, and Meditation methods (Kasiṇa, Asubha, Maraṇasati, Samatha, Vipassanā) into one system called Yogāvacara. I come from a lineage of Shamans, from what I am aware of, starting from my paternal Great-Grandfather who was an Animist Shaman while incorporating and practicing Buddhism. My paternal Great-Grandmother was a Nāga priestess. I am currently based in South Carolina, United States, but often travel throughout the United States to help individual's in need with their spiritual problems. I also happen to study and practice Traditional Laotian Medicine, which has many qualities and similarities to Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My Story:
Currently a Buddhist ritualist, helping with people's spiritual concerns, problems, and conducting rituals, I've started my journey to help others at a very young age, becoming a Buddhist, and accepting the five precepts (Pañca-Sīla) around the age of 5. Growing up as a diasporic youth within the United States, has drawn me closer in trying to understand Buddhism as has been taught for centuries by great masters. This has led me to a life of deep spirituality, religiosity, and perseverance in upholding and maintaining the Buddhist Sāsana (Religion). Through my shamanic lineage, it has given my family the ability to see, or sense spiritual entities easier than others, I have inherited this trait as well, and have had spiritual encounters with many beings. My personal gifts help me navigate through other's spiritual problems, and I believe in the gift of helping others through supernatural knowledge without charging fee's or asking for payments, essentially pro-bono services. I am in close association with the Laotian-American Maha-Nikaya, and have ties with the vice-abbot of Nakhon Phanom Campus; Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. If you have any questions in regards to Theravāda temples in Thailand, Laos, or United States, Anything cultural related, or curious about my practice, or need help with something, feel free to ask, need not to be afraid.
